Testing out a Nokia n810 for work. Thing is pretty cool, though a bit sluggish. Not sure where it’d fit into my daily between my MBP/iPhone.

Did the math. With gas prices hovering at $4, I’d be saving $40/mo if I drove the wife’s Prius to work rather than my Mazda. Switching time!
one thing that sucks about the east coast, when directv messes up and we lose a channel, there’s no torrents to save me.

The heat in North Carolina is unlike anything I’ve ever lived in. It got hot in San Jose, it was dry in Huntington, but this humidity sucks.
Reimaged my Macbook Pro last night. Was having some random display bugs and some weird permissions errors. Nothing like a clean slate.
Well that didn’t last long. Turns out Time Warner here doesn’t have Bravo channel. Deal breaker for the wife, we cancelled. Back to DirecTV.
